The training includes:
- 5 ways the brain perceives and processes external information
- 3 levels of listening, the elements of active listening, qualities of a good listener, barriers to active listening, and techniques for active listening
- Types of questions and how the structure of a question determines the response we will receive. What we get in communication is a result of what we send.
- The goal and intention in communication. What results do you expect to achieve in communication? What is your role in the communication process?
- Principles and priorities in communication – clarity, empathy, focus, openness, understanding your audience/person, time, non-verbal communication.
- Principles and techniques in communication beyond what is visible to the eyes and audible to the ears. “The most important thing in communication is to hear the unspoken.”
The duration and price depend on the needs and length of the training.
